Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

At Wild Roots Pantry, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

• Your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Live sourdough starters

• SCOBYs (Kombucha cultures)

• Other live fermentation cultures

• Opened food products

• Used kitchen tools or equipment

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or dispatched.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard Refund & Returns Policy will apply.
