Welcome to Wild Roots Pantry. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Wild Roots Pantry is an online store selling sourdough products, fermentation supplies, kitchen tools, and related products. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments

We accept payment through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received or confirmed.

6. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Wild Roots Pantry cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of live cultures such as sourdough starters and SCOBYs, these products cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care and feeding instructions provided with live cultures. Wild Roots Pantry cannot guarantee results if products are not cared for according to the supplied instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wild Roots Pantry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to process your order or comply with legal obligations.

11. Intellectual Property
